Routine Calls

Although we want to be hesitant about using the word "routine" when it comes to our role as dispatchers, there will be calls that we receive regularly and/or are not as time sensitive and can be considered as such. These kinds of calls involve non-emergency calls, such as noise complaints, parking complaints, theft reports, or lost/found property.

These calls may be prioritized or re-prioritized for dispatch depending on the other calls coming in. For these call types most, if not all, the information can be collected before it is dispatched.
