Whether it's the radio, telephone, coworkers, officers, or others, we are constantly listening to someone either for entertainment, information, or learning. It's important to be able to communicate with others, but the most important part of communication is listening. In order to provide accurate information and understand others, we must be able to listen and understand. This course covers the listening process, barriers to the process, and ways to improve listening skills.
