Many of us hear over and over, domestic situations are one of the most dangerous for officers to go on. Many times things have happened between the involved parties, causing the tension and contempt to boil over into a contentious situation, that may be headed towards serious or deadly consequences. In order to better understand how we, as dispatchers, can handle these calls, this course provides information and background on what may have been contributing factors.
