Fire dispatchers play an important role in emergency and non-emergency response in cities across the US. But sometimes are not fully trained Fire Fighters and do not get trained on what a Fire Fighter does and why it might be important to send this unit versus that unit. This course will give you a basic understanding of Fire Department operations. What they face on different scenes.

Jennifer is the Owner & Co-Founder of Impact Dispatch. She has many years of Police, Fire, and EMS experience. She is married to a Paramedic and loves to pick his brain. She is, and has been, a trainer in the public and private sector for over 30 years. She loves to see people excel in their careers. She, however, is camera shy so stays behind the scenes!
