Overview of Motor Vehicle Accidents, Contributing Factors, & Considerations
Accidents occur at any time, almost any place, almost everyday. This is, often times, one of the most common types of calls that dispatchers handle. This course provides information on how to question callers on these accidents, what considerations to make depending on the accident type, and pre-arrival instructions for certain accident types are included.

Jennifer is the Owner & Co-Founder of Impact Dispatch. She has many years of Police, Fire, and EMS experience. She is married to a Paramedic and loves to pick his brain. She is, and has been, a trainer in the public and private sector for over 30 years. She loves to see people excel in their careers. She, however, is camera shy so stays behind the scenes!
