This course explores how to prevent us from becoming complacent in our roles as dispatchers.

Halcyon works as dispatcher and trainer in her center. She spends many hours developing training material and activities to help new and current employees develop their dispatch skills. She has experience working as trainer in the private sector as well, and holds a degree in Business Management and Training and Development.
