Jennifer Hendrick
Jennifer is the Co-founder of Impact Dispatch. Currently the center she works with is law only, however, she has many years of Police, Fire, and EMS experience. She is married to a Paramedic and loves to pick his brain. She is, and has been, a trainer in the public and private sector for over 30 years. She loves to see people excel in their careers. She, however, is camera shy so stays behind the scenes. Her passion for training led her to work together with Halcyon to create Impact Dispatch.
Halcyon Frank
Halcyon is the co-founder of Impact Dispatch. She is a full-time dispatcher for an agency dispatching law, fire, and EMS. She previously was at a large law enforcement agency and has experience with training and the development of training curricula at her previous agency and in the private sector. Halcyon leads the development of the online training programs and the presentation of on-site trainings. She enjoys being able to combine her loves of dispatching and teaching, while being fueled by coffee.
Dusty Blumbergs
I am a Communications Specialist also working as 911 Outreach for Mercy Flight Central, dispatching helicopter air medical transportation to communities throughout the Finger Lakes, Central New York, Mohawk Valley, and Tug Hill Regions of NY. In addition to my dispatch role, I visit the area 911 centers to provide support and encouragement to all the great folks as a liaison for air medical services, including assisting with training, clearinghouse services, & flight requesting options. I bring a specialty to the table at MFC with a 19-year background behind the 911 headset myself. I have been very fortunate to be a part of a company that sees my passion and the value in supporting the great folks we coordinate services with. As part of the Stronger Together movement, I take great pride in the opportunity to make part of my 911 Outreach position our goal to express our gratitude to each and every dispatcher I encounter. It all starts with the 1st First Responder, the 911 dispatcher. Outside of work, you will see me carrying these same sets of beliefs to other local organizations where I volunteer, including my Community Center. My life goal is always to be good to people and teach my children to do the same.
